Name: Prompto Argentum

Age: 30
Bio: Prompto was born a commoner in a Lucian household, raised by two Lucian parents. At least, that's what he believed the majority of his life. He actually comes from Niflheim, the empire at war with Lucis, having been whisked away by a Lucian, later to be adopted as an infant. It is heavily implied that Prompto always felt out of place in his new home, and he had a lot of trouble making friends as a child. He was encouraged by Lady Lunafreya to befriend Noctis, but a misunderstanding in words ("heavy...") made him think that obviously the Prince of Lucis couldn't be friends with a guy who was always tripping on his feet and was too heavy to be helped up. Since, he dedicated himself to losing weight and becoming someone the Prince of Lucis could call a friend--and so it isn't until high school when he does fulfill his promise to Lady Lunafreya, to stay ever at his side.
He is the comedic relief of the road trip. Prompto jokes around and tries to keep up the high spirits of the rest of his friends, even when things seem bleak. He is the heart of the group, and he keeps them all glued together; they're in this as a group, and they'll make it out of it as they came in. He can be pretty insecure, mostly because he wants so desperately to fit in and be liked, afraid of rejection. He's got some baggage he carries with him, but over the years, with the help and support of his friends, he's become more confident in who he is--despite where he comes from.

SYMBIOTE INFORMATION
RHO - FOCUS
When the symbiote ability of focus is put into action, time will appear to be slowed down due to the heightened reflexes, senses, and reaction time. This will allow for the one under focus to be able to 'see,' so to speak, things and people around them moving a lot slower. This will allow for enough time to make decisions based on what's coming their way and what's happening around them. This happens during a second or two of indecision when the person under focus requires to strategize and make a quick choice in the spur of the moment. Outside of that moment of indecision, their reflexes will be more accurate; they will be able to react faster and make more decisive attacks (for example, being able to aim without trouble at a weak point) for as long as the symbiote ability is in use.
Effects will last for five minutes at the most advanced usage in each stage. The effect will last longer if he is using a less advanced level at higher stages - using the basic level at stage 2 will give him seven minutes, using the intermediate level at stage 3 will give him seven minutes, and using the basic level at stage 3 will give him ten minutes.
(+) At a basic level, Focus will allow for a higher than usual concentration: sharper target focus, accuracy in battle (when landing hits), and performing critical hits. (-) Dizzy spells that last for hours after the ability is used, rendering Prompto clumsy and unable to... well, focus too much.
(+) At intermediate level, those who borrow the ability will find themselves growing more proficient in their own symbiote ability during battle or otherwise. (-) Prompto will suffer from migraines after the ability has been used (with all or some of the downfalls of migraines, such as sensitivity to light and sound, nausea and vomiting, blurred vision, general head pain and throbbing, lightheadedness with sometimes fainting).
(+) At an advanced level, this is basically a big time party buff. In RPG terms, stats like protect, shell, reflect, vanish, regen, haste, float, spirit, etc will be at an all-time high throughout the duration of the battle. Negative effects like slow, poison, sleep, doom, petrify, freeze, heat, etc... will have a reduced effect. (-) After the ability has been used, Prompto will immediately fall unconscious for a day or two, maybe more, depending on the amount of characters that have borrowed the ability.

BROOD PERMISSIONS
Prompto is a shy guy, at least initially. After becoming familiar with those around him, he'll quickly warm up and he'll basically say whatever comes to his head. He lacks filter, to an extent, although he's very emotionally responsive, and won't say something insensitive out of the blue. His brood may pick up that despite his clumsy and comedic behavior, everything about Prompto screams genuine and honest. The only mean bones in his body are when he criticizes himself, but not those around him.
He's lived the past ten years in a world where the sun no longer exists, where darkness kept sunshine from treading through. He won't speak much of those long, ten years, but there's an inherent sadness and loneliness that just about peaks through his usual cheer; he was without his best friend for that long, and there were many more losses and hard battles. He lived in a world that was a wasteland, and when he and Ignis and Gladiolus split up for a while, Prompto became slightly more hardened. Moping and crying wasn't going to keep him nor those around him alive, after all.
Still, Prompto is masterful at keeping these negative thoughts from spilling forth too much, and while it's noticeable that he's keeping something hidden, his brood will--at most--notice that he's keeping it blocked off.
After ten years, he's also not making a big point of hiding his origins. It's not something he's obsessively trying to hide anymore, but neither is he thinking too much about them. Feel free to scope out the fact that he feels guilt over what the Empire did to the city of Insomnia, due to how he is the bio-engineered clone of the scientist who pushed through the campaign to destroy it. His insecurities are closely linked with this; he fears rejection and being left alone.
NEST PERMISSIONS
Hosts outside of his brood will be able to pick up on the fact that Prompto is a very genuine and honest person, even if he sometimes lacks filter and says funny things to try and lighten the mood. He says and does things to make others feel better.
They will, however, find it very difficult to go past that kind of information, unless Prompto willingly opens up to them. The most they'll be able to get is a long darkness that pervades despite the usual cheer.
Additionally, hosts outside of his brood will be able to tell, upon prying into his head, that he was bio-engineered in a lab, although the details may be hazy at most.
